UPCOMING PROGRAM INFORMATION

Friday, September 5 =>FIRST FRIDAY<=
Special Program: TalentProfiler - How Your Talents Can Work for You

Successful people do not all act or think in the same manner. They often have very different styles and approaches. What makes them successful is that they rely upon their own authentic strengths.

The TalentProfiler(tm) assessment was designed to positively identify your unique talents, from among 31 work-related talent themes. By harnessing and developing these unique talents you can significantly improve your results. In the end, the more authentic you are in connecting with people, the more successful you will be.

In this lively, discussion-based session, you will:

  • Learn to focus on your talents and strengths and stop trying to fix your weaknesses.
  • Develop a better understanding of other people's talents.
  • Learn to use your assessment results to develop an individualized plan that will help you increase your productivity and job satisfaction.
